Your Health Bud is provided by With Your Side Inc. California. These terms cover the website and companion mobile app. Your separately accepted coaching agreement, if any, also applies to your coaching service.
Coaching, not medical care
The app and coach provide general nutrition education, habits and behavior-change support. Neither the AI nor your coach acts as your doctor or registered dietitian through this service. We do not diagnose, interpret lab results, provide medical nutrition therapy or advise medication changes. Discuss symptoms, side effects and medical decisions with your doctor or prescriber. The app is not an emergency service and your coach may not see messages immediately. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Estimates and your choices
Photo recognition, portion estimates, food databases and wearable summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and correct a meal before saving. A calorie or nutrient estimate is not a prescription. AI responses are not a replacement for your coach, professional medical care or your judgment.
Accounts and responsible use
Use your own account and keep your sign-in and device secure. Do not impersonate others, upload another person's private information, abuse the service, or attempt unauthorized access. You can use manual logging without optional AI or wearable processing. Squad sharing is your choice; do not copy or redistribute another member's private information.
Plans and service availability
A plan shown in the app describes your manually assigned service level and is not an in-app purchase. Coaching services, prices, cancellation and refunds are governed by your separate agreement or booking terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular health outcomes. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data and leaving
See our privacy policy for collection, vendors, optional consent and retention. You can request account and data deletion at any time.
